  The problem is the desktop is too far away from the TV. If I wanted to connect them through an HDMI cable, it would have to be at least 7-8 meters long and the HDMI 2.1 cables (which supports 120Hz@4K) that I found online are mostly 3 meters long max.   Https://store.google.com/product/chromecast is very slow in my 64-bit Firefox v86 web browser in my over decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. https://store.google.com is fast though. Is anyone else noticing this too? Source: about 3 years ago
