As long as it’s proctored, an at-home test is accepted - you just need to pay for them to watch you take it and verify the results on top of buying the test kit. I’ve got test kits from these guys already, so I’m going to book the service with them for returning to the US later this spring. Source: about 2 years ago
No at home tests for antibodies. It will tell you if you are contagious at that moment. The swab is dry when it goes in your nose and then develops in the solution. This is how every test works. I don’t think you read the instructions very well. A quick Google shows very easy to read instructions: https://ihealthlabs.com. Source: about 2 years ago
I'm wrong, it's a 15 minute quick test. Apparently you can use their app as a health pass. More info here. Source: about 2 years ago
Covid tests kits are readily available online at Amazon, Walmart, Costco, CVS, iHealth, etc. Buy the 8 kits per person per month and seek reimbursement from your health insurance. Source: about 2 years ago
Just buy it directly from the manufacturer linky or Walmart also has it in stock for next day delivery online. Then submit your claim to get reimbursed back from your health insurance. My claim has already been processed for the ones I bought on Jan 15th, and I just submitted reciepts for the ones I bought on Feb 1st. I currently have a ton of covid tests on the shelf now since I bought the maximum 8 per month... Source: about 2 years ago

I ordered a bunch of home tests through this site. My friend is an epidemiologist and had recommended it. Took about a week for them to get delivered so obviously not ideal if you’re in urgent need, but it’s nice for having a stock at home. Source: over 2 years ago

You can also buy them direct, they're marginally cheaper even after shipping. Mine arrived after ~5 days, they were shipped from a warehouse in SoCal. Depending on how stock is at Amazon, it may be faster. Source: over 2 years ago
