  • How do you get paid by clients? Looking for a PayPal alternative
I personally use a combination of interchange plus via Burlington Bankcard (which lets you use authorize.net as a payment gateway) for U.S. Cards plus Square for non-U.S. cards. They appear to have no problem with being out of the U.S. As long as you can give them a U.S. Mailing address, EIN, and U.S. Bank account to deposit funds into. - Source: Reddit / 7 days ago
  • Difference w/ payment processors like Stripe vs others?
Now, for a new website, due to restrictions on Stripe, we decided to try with authorize.net... And having the same issues.. Authorize net declined immediately after we submitted our application - we tried to call them but no feedback... And forwarded us to their Partner Merchant Services... Partner Merchant Servicers 'underwriting team' has been working on this for 3 weeks trying to find a 'funding merchant... - Source: Reddit / 7 days ago
  • Difference w/ payment processors like Stripe vs others?
My question is what is the proper term to describe a processor solution like Stripe or PayPal or Square vs full fledged merchant services? Is there a different name or term? I ask because I'll see sites that say "top 10 Stripe competitors" and it will list Authorize.net but that is a gateway that works with full processors. I feel like the terms are interchangeable. - Source: Reddit / 7 days ago
  • When to stop using square for credit card processing?
We're looking at a new ERP that integrates with authorize.net but that's at least 6 months down the road. What would that look like? - Source: Reddit / 14 days ago
  • [parts] Radian Raptor AR-15 Charging Handle BLEM, Black - R0001-BLEM $59.99 before shipping/tax
Only if authorize.net is in on the scam. We are in the blissful state of having absolutely no credit card info :D . Forgot to mention, if you have a dog let us know and we'll include a treat! - Source: Reddit / 18 days ago
  • Shopify Subscription App for non-Shopify payment gateway
Most of the apps I see require either Shopify payments or one of their closer partners (authorize.net, etc). - Source: Reddit / 21 days ago
  • Anyone familiar with Chase Hosted Pay API?
But when I talk to people at Chase some don't think it does. The reason I'm reaching out is I hear all kinds of conflicting info from Chase. We've already had then create an authorize.net card present account which obviously won't work over the web, then a proper card not present account for us that does what we want but doesn't integrate with Orbital (which we were told does). And before that we were told that... - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
  • Another payment processor and Ecommerce store bites the dust against firearms PSA RIP 3dcar/shift4shop
My website matadorarms.com has been with shift4shop/3d cart for a while now. We have used their own processor shift4payments now for years as well. Under there new rules with shift4payments they decided not to do business with us because we make firearms accessories. Even though they knew this from the start. However this did not stop them from taking money for over 2 weeks. Currently they are holding on to 10K... - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
  • I need help finding a payment processor.
Hi guys, im writing here in hopes of finding a payment processor to take my company on to accept credit and debit cards for my shopify business. I buy and sell used authentic sneakers on IG, and I recently created an LLC to construct an online business in hopes of scaling the model. Ive been having some major issues as both Shopify and Stripe could not take my business model as im either too high of a risk, or I... - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
  • Has anyone tried using their UNIFI systems to offer paid Wifi serivce?
Yeah, you can use the built-in guest portal and hotspot system. It integrates with several payment vendors (PayPal, Stripe, authorize.net, etc), not sure what would be available locally for you. They mostly support this for people in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. If you're outside of that list, you might need to rely on a 3rd party service instead of the built in payment system. Another option is vouchers,... - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
