  • Just received mail that says I have 12 credits to redeem. I can’t seem to figure out how to do so, or why I have these credits (canceled my subscription about two years ago)
Login to audible.com, check your account history. You either had 12 credits when you cancelled or you didn't cancel. Once you figure out what your status is and if you want to try to get Amazon to cancel and remove credits the last 2 years since you didn't use them, or if you want to use them - that's done on the site too. Find a title, click "buy now" and if you have credits it will default to use credits to pay... - Source: Reddit / 3 days ago
  • Bought 3 credits on the app and they never appeared.
Tip: Don't buy credits through the app they're more expensive since Apple (and I imagine Google too) charges extra. Buy them through the audible.com website. - Source: Reddit / 8 days ago
  • Audible in Peru (Spanish)
Can I get him an account for audible.es and still do Family Library Sharing with him if I have an audible.com account? He does not have an Amazon account. - Source: Reddit / 9 days ago
  • How many times have you read Infinite Jest?
I have audible version and it does't have end notes... a different voice announces each note number, "so you can look them up in book". - Source: Reddit / 9 days ago

  • No hassle way to cancel subscription?
Yeah, managing your account through audible.com is super easy and I've never had a problem doing so in the 20+ years (off and on) that I've been a customer. I've seen a ton of complaints with people trying to manage their accounts through Apple or Google though just because of the extra layer and the chance something will go wrong and each party will blame the other. - Source: Reddit / 23 days ago
  • No hassle way to cancel subscription?
I've never seen any horror stories about trying to cancel on Audible.com. At least, as long as you've used it "normally". Most of the horror stories that I've seen have generally been because they've been using Audible in multiple countries (i.e., living in the UK but signing up at Audible.com rather than Audible.co.uk). I further suspect the issues they have are from using the same e-mail at different sites (like... - Source: Reddit / 23 days ago
  • Business and psychology audio or books of syllabus to listen to
Anyway, google best business books, best psych books. Then go to the amazon links or straight to audible.com. Any books that mix the two are going to be sales oriented, motivation in general oriented, or behavioral finance in nature. - Source: Reddit / 27 days ago
  • Most of my books are gone.
As already told, you need to start by logging into https://audible.com and check your library there. It will show it all regardless of settings on your phone. If this step fails, contact audible support using one of the email receipts you have. One is enough for them to trace any issue. - Source: Reddit / 29 days ago
  • I may have screwed up by saying I wished I hadn't had children.
My absolute last words her to were said via text message, when she wasn't at home and I was extremely worried. I suggested she download an audiobook that had just come out by an author she liked that had just released on audible.com. I told her she could use one of my credits. - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
  • I was charged for the free membership
I just looked at the credit card statement for the card I used and have been charged $10 for the free membership trial I signed up with. I live in New Zealand but I used audible.com not audible.co.au (the Australian/NZ version), and the only way to contact their help service seems to be via phone. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
  • Is this actually how Audible rewards work or are they just making it up as they go along?
Just realized I don't see the cash or coupon balance in the app, only the balance of credits I have left. Only when I go to audible.com on my laptop did I notice I have $18 in credits. I think this discrepancy -- between the app and the web and the app not supporting cash purchases -- is the cause of so much of this confusion arrgghhh. - Source: Reddit / 2 months ago
  • Audible digital entertainment credit
My charge shows up as AMAZONCOM. I signed up through audible.com, yes. - Source: Reddit / 2 months ago

  • Potentially dumb question about IOS audible plus catalog selections
Did you sign up on Audible.com or via the iOS app? I'm using an audible.com account and don't have the issue. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
