ApiX-Drive technical support is a real "ambulance"
It so happened that I screwed up when setting up the integration and did not even notice it. I realized that somewhere I made a mistake when it was not possible to complete the test in the final settings. Since I was 100% sure that I did everything right, I immediately contacted the technical support service and reported that the service was not working correctly. The specialist reassured me and said that now we will figure everything out together. We went through the entire setup process step by step with, and I saw where I went wrong. Support communicated with me respectfully and tactfully. I highly appreciate this attitude and, of course, I will use the service in the future.
👍 Pros: Professionalism and efficiency of the support, respect for the client, user-friendly interface, reliability of the service.👎 Cons: Can't name any notable cons. personally, i did not come across.
