• Echo Plus 1st gen will not pair and alexa app will not find it

  So our Alexa Echo Plus has been working great until our account was hacked. Thinking it was not paired correctly I reset the device. First with the button then with a pin on the bottom.   Thanks for the suggestion. I've had a look at both those sites. When I login to the UK site to setup a new device, it pushes me over to the alexa.amazon.com site and starts showing me only feedback from the group of devices that are connected to Amazon.com instead of the feedback from the group going to the amazon.co.uk site.   This has been an aggravating process. The Alexa App on iOS first wouldn't show the groups. If I tried to create a new one, it would complain that the desired Echo was already in a different group, but I couldn't see. • Blocked Flows for Amazon Echos. Obviously legitimate, but, not sure I should allow… from what I can tell, nothing has been impacted on the devices. Are these “metrics” important to anyone except Amazon?

  You can block just all of those shown. I think it's alexa.amazon.com that you need. Just block a few at a time and use it as you normally would and see if anything breaks. Source: over 1 year ago
