So our Alexa Echo Plus has been working great until our account was hacked. Thinking it was not paired correctly I reset the device. First with the button then with a pin on the bottom. The alexa app will not discover the device. The website alexa.amazon.com login page is missing. Source: 5 months ago
The "old" Tipp to use alexa.amazon.com does not work anymore - at least for me. I cant get to the Alexa Web App. Source: 6 months ago
Edit 1: spent the last 2 hours looking in to what I believe is every possible reddit post related to this issue, I have found out that many have solved it with the web interface using alexa.amazon.com which right now only prompts me to scan a qr code that will open the alexa app on my device thus useless, otherwise there is the possibility to try and connect it as a tap device, which for me does not work, I have... So, for some reason my 1st gen echo was disconnected and after googling and trying all the fix that I have read both in google and here in reddit, it wont connect to wifi. The only thing I havent tried is using the site called alexa.amazon.com, the reason is the site is telling you to download the app. What I have tried. Source: 7 months ago

I removed all Devices first with the website alexa.amazon.com (Smart Home --> Devices). Source: 11 months ago
Another alternative would be using a PC or laptop, opening alexa.amazon.com, switching to the old version of the site (there's an option right on top of the page) and connecting the echo that way, that's what worked for me when I had to reconnect my 1st gen device. Anyways, I would have never thought that setting up those devices would be that much of a hassle. I remember buying my 1st gen echo device and it... Source: 11 months ago
My Alexa thinks there are two versions of a light called "Nightstand". This means when I tell Alexa to turn on nightstand, it tells me that there are two versions of the same lamp and won't do anything. The Hue app and the Alexa app only see one version of this light. I have tried the following solutions: deleting the Alexa app and reinstalling it. Deleting Nightstand from Hue and Alexa and running all the... Source: about 1 year ago
Alexa App Availability Access to the Alexa app on a smart phone is required to use the advanced smart home routines functionality. The Alexa app is not available for download in all countries, but you can confirm availability in your local app store. You can go to https://alexa.amazon.com/ to complete setup of your device, but some additional features are only available through the Alexa app. Source: about 1 year ago
I am in the same boat as you, brother. I have an Echo Dot configured in spanish and a C2. With the non-existent LG app I was unable to control the TV at all using spanish commands (no netflix, etc). With the LG ThinQ app synced to Alexa I am able to turn off-on the TV, change inputs, mute/unmute it BUT only after I deleted a device called ''LG TV'' in the alexa.amazon.com website using a laptop (not the device... The Smart light sources are adjustable in all RGB colors or white if desired. In addition, they are dimmable in color temperature, simply adjust color temperature or switch them on/off via Tuya. That way you get a chance to create your own atmosphere and embellish your home. They have a capacity of 1000 lumens which makes them a real powerhouse! Moreover, they are compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google home. Source: about 1 year ago
Am I the only one annoyed by Amazon's reducing the functionality of the alexa website interface? Source: about 1 year ago
I am also interested in this. I tried on https://alexa.amazon.com/ but it doesn't seem to support this feature and is quite limited to settings, etc. Source: over 1 year ago
Thanks for the suggestion. I've had a look at both those sites. When I login to the UK site to setup a new device, it pushes me over to the alexa.amazon.com site and starts showing me only feedback from the group of devices that are connected to Amazon.com instead of the feedback from the group going to the amazon.co.uk site. Alexa turn on TV:Before you start, please clear out / delete your TV at the following:- LG ThinQ App- Alexa Homepage: alexa.amazon.com- Alexa App (If you see anything left there, after you deleted the entries on the website). Source: over 1 year ago
For the second, there is a website https://alexa.amazon.com but I don’t think it supports the routines specifically. Source: over 1 year ago
This has been an aggravating process. The Alexa App on iOS first wouldn't show the groups. If I tried to create a new one, it would complain that the desired Echo was already in a different group, but I couldn't see. Windows app didn't work either, the ONLY way I could see them is by going to the https://alexa.amazon.com site. Source: over 1 year ago
You can block just all of those shown. I think it's alexa.amazon.com that you need. Just block a few at a time and use it as you normally would and see if anything breaks. Source: over 1 year ago
Go to the alexa.amazon.com and set an alarm on it or start playing music. Source: over 1 year ago
Don't know if this will help, but you could try looking at your Shopping notifications via web interface at alexa.amazon.com. Source: over 1 year ago
