Which is completely incorrect. There are loads of websites out there with repositories of subtitle files (the format for these include srt and ass), including normal and forced subtitles. OP is looking for a place to get those, not a description of how you prefer to rip and burn yours. Here's a site with a list of them. I know of readarr which looks for books for you and you can use some other service to sync it to your phone and other devices as long as they run android (idk about kindle syncing if that's something you're looking for). -
