Google Pagespeed CLS on mobile fails - but there is no visible content shift

Tried to resolve this any way I could, but struggling to see why Google pagespeed complains on CLS on mobile (Desktop score is 100). From what I see there is no visible CLS in screenshots they post, even tested on other sites like gtmetrix.com / webvitals.dev/cls, etc - all show great CLS scores (webvitals provides a gif of CLS and there is a invisible box which shifts, not the content). Total stuck with this as google considers all pages on my site in core web vitals as need improvement. Can someone point me to a problem or provide guidance on what is causing this CLS? (its a combination site - main site is static html and blog is wordpress).
