A job board scares the crap out of me as a business, ngl -- you're competing against some insanely deep pockets, indeed.com and not to mention the thousand pound gorilla, LinkedIn, which most people use for both professional networking and getting jobs. You've got some competitors which have a market that encompasses the entire world already -- and even in remote work only, not only is that an option in existing competitors like indeed and linkedin to filter jobs by remoteness, but there are already entrenched competitors there too, like weworkremotely.com.
