Assuming that you have a PC, GPU, and monitor/TV that are all capable enough for what you want to play, I would check out Parsec or Sunshine + Moonlight. (Now that Nvidia discontinued the Gamestream service, Moonlight, is the go-to FOSS equivlaent.).
