Quorum provides tools to create outreach efficient, effective and people-centered field actions.
Someone else in a comment mentioned Quorum language, which I've watched a video/conference talk about before and seems to be a language designed around an evidence-based approach to teaching programming. The video I watched (can't find it right now) was mostly focused on syntax, such as which keywords are easiest for beginners to pick up. That doesn't seem like the biggest deal to me (people learn and re-learn different keywords all the time) but I don't want to cast doubt on their evidence without having any evidence of my own.
