I would recommend this only if you are getting overwhelmed by customer support tickets, since I believe in the early stages, you should personally respond to each customer to better understand what to build and how to improve your product. But if things are getting out of hand, you can add your FAQ docs to this tool and it can start responding to your customers based on those docs. There are other alternatives like Chatbase, but why I like this one more is because of its integrations (installable to Intercom, Zendesk...etc).

Fireflies.ai for Meetings

Fireflies (https://fireflies.ai/) – Records, transcribes, and analyzes your meetings. Doing customer interviews or partnership calls? I found this tool to be helpful at organizing takeaways and action items from each call. It also has a nice little sentiment analysis although that isn't super relevant for me. It's not quite there yet in terms of being able to completely replace any note taking as it could miss some items, but you can easily search through the conversations to find the missing pieces, saving you time so you can focus on your business.
