Lightning Network Bitcoin Bisq
  1. The Lightning Network is a scalable decentralized network that has been making waves in the digital currency community as it is a system that offers near-instant payments at almost no cost.
Lighting network is a cheap bitcoin sidechain, and worth learning how to use as you save on onchain fees when you buy or spend bitcoin.

  2. Bitcoin is an innovative payment network and a new kind of money.
Start with Bitcoin and ignore everything else until you get the hang of it. There are A LOT of scam coins, and "investing" in these can end up being little more than gambling. Bitcoin however is legit. Bitcoin.org (arabic/ english) is the best place to start. If you go to "choose a wallet", you will see an interactive guide that will allow you to pick a wallet that suits you.

Now you are ready to buy your first bitcoin. I know Binance is popular in Egypt, but binance will usually ask for your ID and also it costs quite a bit to move the bitcoin from Binance to your own wallet, especially for small purchases. If you dont move it to your own wallet, there is a chance that the bitcoin you have on binance could be seized, you could be blocked from the site, or the exchange could collapse (like FTX). If you do buy on Binance, move it to your own wallet as soon as you feasibly can. A much safer way is to use a platform like Bisq, where you can directly transfer money into someone's bank account and receive the bitcoin directly. Unfortunately you need a little bitcoin to buy your first bitcoin on bisq, which is a pain, but there are ways round that.
