Ergonomics keyboards, mice, and foot pedals.
Kinesis Advantage family of ergo keebs – https://kinesis-ergo.com – I actually used one of these, albeit an older all-in-one model rather than the more modern split versions. It was the most bizarre keyboard I'd ever seen, so of course I instantly loved it. Typing on it was a slight adjustment, but I was surprised by how comfortable it was, like wearing keyboard gloves, every letter within easier reach, not requiring as much hand and finger movement to actuate. I made more typos initially as I was fighting muscle memory, but I think in time it would grow to be incredibly comfortable. Still considering one of these models to eventually replace my elderly Apple keyboard in the office.

Here's a roundup of the keebs I've seen that seem crazy/cool/extra: Flux Keyboard – https://fluxkeyboard.com – Kickstarter project from a first time hardware group so it's a little sketch, but if true seems really awesome. Reminiscent of the Optimus Maximus, which was also vaporware for years and had a rocky road to launching to a resounding "meh". So I'm not eager to shell out for it, sight unseen. Will wait for reviews.
