Some websites are unavailable - ISP says it's not their fault

YouTube Netflix

We are using our ISP with a modem that is set to IPv4. After that we have our main router (Archer AX73 v1.0, running 1.2.2 Build 20220317 rel.50456(4555)), which I am able to configure as I want. This is a must, because we are using port forwarding for some of our services (might change it later, with different server located elsewhere). Most of the websites are reachable for example youtube.com and stuff. However some websites (ie. netflix.com) are not, which is very strange for me. There is no filtering on our router. The problem ofc is not with netflix, there are a lot of business websites that suffer the same error, but for this example I will use that.
