Is there any reason to use a browser that isn’t Safari on Apple devices?

Facebook.com is a regular violator. reddit.com is also a violator in that it works fine for most of the time, then after you start scrolling it will start to jump around or jump to realign where it thinks you should be. The deal killer for me today was trying to schedule an appointment on an embassy website for my daughter's passport and the schedule page wouldn't load properly.
