speed.cloudflare.com is a tool that allows you to measure the speed and consistency of your connection to the Internet. You can use it to verify that the speed your ISP promised you is the speed you are getting.

You can use this one: https://packetlosstest.com/ for 3mins (and I mean you could run it 5x while playing a pc game and see if theres any notable results) and you can use this one https://speed.cloudflare.com/ for testing how your ping changes based on load. I'll get 1.3ms jitter with nothing but if im uploading 50MB/s my ping jitter shot up to 47ms average with the highest outlier being 270ms which is absolute garbage. Wish the 2nd was more customizable, it'd be interesting to see what my jitter is at just 30Mbps.
