Percy/Artemis is strictly popular in fanfiction. Even among those it is popular with, people don't actually "ship" Pertemis - they just like the stories. I'm pretty sure no one in their right mind ships anything but Percabeth, which is the only logical one in canon. But the point remains - the Percy/Artemis pairing is very popular, particularly on fanfiction.net.
