They still billed it. Then, while I was arguing with them about it, they turned me over to collections for non payment...at which point they said I could only talk to collections. Months went by of bitching at them every couple of days before they finally pulled it back and sorted it out...took almost a year. Thought it was a fluke. Never got an apology. They claimed it was from some spanning.com legacy system. Sure Jan.
