Offers appear on certain website that aren't on Acorns.com

I was making some purchases and I noticed the acorns chrome extension shows me offers that don't appear on acorns.com. The two websites I've noticed this happening on are vessi.com and primalkitchen.com. Does anyone know why this happens or if I can actually get cashback from these offers? I've been using acorns for a couple of years now but I've noticed that the best way to get cash back from a purchase is by going from the acorns website to the website I'm making the purchase on. The browser extension is too sensitive to ad blockers and acorns' customer service is too stringent about protocol to reimburse me for missing cashback. If anyone else has experienced this and can lend some advice I'd really appreciate that.
