How to show all app running on the menu bar?

The basic answer is: that’s not how MacOS works. The Dock plays that roll. The Dock is the equivalent of the Windows taskbar. The Mac menu bar is the equivalent of each Windows window menu bar. In MacOS the left side of the top menu bar changes each time you select a window instead of having an individual menu bar stuck to each window. When Macs first came out screens were small then Windows 3.1 seemed to waste a lot of space with duplicate menu bars. In the beginning on a Mac you might have had a clock on the right side of the menu bar but nothing interactive. Now the right side of the menu bar is a UI area with “useful” statuses and quick access items.
