    Programmers in general have much more leeway when it comes to knowing little to no Japanese. Some bigger companies like PayPay have in-house interpreters, or Rakuten where you generally speak in English with your other coworkers. There are websites like https://japan-dev.com/, and https://www.tokyodev.com/ that advertise jobs that require no Japanese skills.
