DNS is just them resolving a domain name to an IP. Using google or whatever as DNS doesn't stop them from knowing what IP you connected to, or from Hollywood tracking you torrenting. Your ISP still knows that you're connecting to X IP, that 1337x.to resolves to. Hollywood is still tracking that you are torrenting, and wants to come after you.
