My iGPU memory clock seems weird. Is it right? Is there a way to fix it?

Yuzu Ryujinx

Is it normal? I feel it's too slow, and it hurts me in some emulators, which are bandwidth intensive. To prove that, I can play a game on Ryujinx or Yuzu, and from 1.2GHz to 2.2GHz on my shader clock, using ryzenadj to set these values, there aren't any increase in fps. My CPU isn't the issue, since it maxes out at like 10% on a few cores only. You can see as well that there isn't much difference in the graphics pipe between a 1.2GHz shader clock and a 2.2GHz shader clock, but if I lower it even more (200MHz), there is a difference since now the bottleneck is the GPU.
