Best APIs/Models to "replace" a person in a photo with someone else

For (2), this is easy -- so many models are trained for style transfer. That said, I am stuck on (1) and can't think of the best way to do this. I've been going through some huggingface.co models and replicate.com trying to find resources but am coming up short.

Like many others, I've noticed all the craze around avatarai.me. For those of you that don't know, you upload some photos of yourself and it returns 120 "avatars" (basically you in different poses, in different styles).
