A lot of local business was struggling then during the shut down a lot of people or even more people was forced to order online such as walmart (dot) comMany local businesses were struggling, and during the shutdown, many people – perhaps even more – were forced to order online from sites such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com, and eBay. Once things opened back up, they stuck with the convenience of online ordering. Walmart.com really took off during the shutdown. As long as there is internet, I believe it has completely changed how people will shop from now on.
