Google Contacts is Google's contact management tool that is available in its free email service Gmail, as a standalone service, and as a part of Google's business-oriented suite of web apps Google Apps.

I am doing this: 1. Contact: icloud and contacts.google.com, I periodically download the CSV and keeping the file in drive with date so that I can go back 2. Documents: Google Drive in layer, have two accounts being used for backup. 3. Photos: Google Photos, I have paid one but the same 15GB can have important photos anyway. I heard Amazon will provide free service but I have not tried this. 4. Password: I am using BitWarden, this is cloud based and very nice tool to have. Free tier works nicely and support important things.
