Introducing Finch: An Open Source Client for Container Development

The main difference is that Podman uses CRI-O while Finch uses containerd. At AWS we have chosen containerd for operation at scale, and run incredibly large numbers of containerd tasks for customers of AWS Fargate. So we build Finch to use containerd based on the trust we've built around seeing it function at scale inside AWS and for AWS customers.
