The BTC I lost came from crypto.com before it was sent without the seed or device, which makes me wonder if it has a bad trace. It took me several days to hear back from ledger and it's still being evaluated by their "investigation team". So far, they have said it would only be possible by using a smart contract... I use other wallets for NFTs and web3, so I have signed some contracts, but none were associated with the ledger and bitcoin does not support those. I also revoked and limited ETH smart contracts frequently.
