Divinity II: Ego Draconis

Larian Studio's - Their Divinity CRPG's are nothing short of brilliant, and the love and care they've put into those games has rewarded them with the D&D franchise. They are the spiritual successor to Bioware now that Bioware has faded to almost nothing.

Civilization (series)

Firaxis - One of the very few big developers to really stand the test of time and consistently put out amazing games for decades. They continue to innovate with Civilization when in reality there's little need as they're so dominant in the genre. And their revitilisation of the XCom franchise has been nothing short of incredible.
