Unique, single-purpose, email addresses created at Pushover and assigned to specific "applications" for services that support only email notifications. This is useful were an email infrastructure is in place. I use a unique, dedicated Pushover email address to receive notifications from UptimeRobot.

Pushover

I highly recommend the Pushover notification service. Personally, I hate receiving alerts/notifications over either email or text. They are slow and easy to lose track of.
