Don't know if there's software combining both requirements, but Stellarium has quite an accurate way to calculate stellar and planetary positions in the past and future. Space Engine allows you to travel to other locations in the universe (plotting known stars and deep-sky objects on the correct location and fills unknown locations with procedurally generated celestial objects).
