If you are using a password manager and the password of the manager is only used there, then I recommend just the regular HIBP https://haveibeenpwned.com/ service instead which checks email or phone number instead. There is no point in verifying the password as well then unless your password manager has had a known breach, in which case you should change password anyhow.
