Thinks its been already mentioned but Nginx Proxy Manager is what I use think its probably the best security/simplicity compromise. I think the most complicated step (at least from my point of view) was setting it and Docker up but there are plenty of YouTube tutorials for this. Once its running to configure it for your jellyfin you just forward ports 80 and 443 to Nginx Proxy Manager (basically this is because these are the ports used when you type web addresses in HTTP is 80 HTTPS is 443).
