Check out ladders.com for jobs paying 80k+ and usajobs.gov. The government doesn't always pay as much and can take a very long time to get in but it's difficult to lose the job once you get it.

Resume Worded

Have you tried tailoring your resume to each job posting? My friend sent me this website: https://resumeworded.com/ My husband used it to apply to 2 jobs and he got a call from both and took the second. You have to get past the AI screening to get your resume looked at. I simply used the website to edit his resume and add as many key words in as possible. But I'm sure this can be done on your own once you figure out the concept.
