What's average sip trunk pricing?

This is a weird thing to say, but you SHOULD actually be looking to be cheap. Phone call minutes are a commodity and paying extra doesn't get you features or special support, it just gets you a vendor that is taking advantage of you. The idea that you aren't looking for bargain basement pricing is a good one, and I'm sure at some point there is someone so cheap that you might start to have problems because they can't pay their bills, lol. But all of the stuff you are looking at is either consumer or scam products, or cost premiums. Twilio and voip.ms are by far the two best you've looked at, both of which we use as backups. But neither do we use as primary carriers because they are so expensive and neither is as stable, reliable or provides such transparency and support as our primary carrier. Flowroute is fine too, we use them with customers, but not internally. But again, I'd never choose any of these, they cost too much and deliver too little.

Skyetel

Skyetel.com and you'll need to contact support about getting good pricing. There are two ways to get really good pricing from them. Either your IT department has to be connected and able to get direct discounts (unlikely) or you need your phone provider or phone support provider to have a relationship with them where they trust them to handle most support and block Skyetel from unnecessary support requests for issues with the phone system, networking, etc.
