    As much as I would LOVE to cite everything in this post. I simply don't have time to dig up all the studies I've read over the years. I assure you this can all be easily verified by searching Pubmed and Google scholar. If you want the full text for a study and not just the abstract, then you can check at https://sci-hubtw.hkvisa.net/ which is a project that has been around for years aimed at making research available to people without them having to pay $200 to read a single study, or thousands for a subscription, which may be fine for an institution or business, but unfortunately is entirely impossible for many individuals looking to keep up on research or get info from reliable sources rather than trusting some science news writer to translate everything for them (they often make mistakes or sensationalize things to get more clicks and whatnot...it's a big business, go straight to the source if you want accuracy). It takes time to learn to read these studies, it is almost a different language...but if you just read even one or two studies per week, you WILL get the hang of it and be able to understand what they're saying.
