I have run into error after error and am beyond frustrated. At first I didn't do enough research - fumbled around with wordpress.com until I realized I need to use wordpress.org. I don't understand how to get my domain name (HostGator) to wordpress.org. In fact, the homepage doesn't seem to have any admin functions? Pic below:.
