If you want to anonymize your crypto holdings, you could use a decentralized, non-KYC exchange (I use changenow) to change one coin to another. That helps because correlating transactions across different blockchains is harder, and because now the info needed to track you is spread out (coinbase only knows what you bought, other exchange doesn't know who you are but might record what you transferred between).

Cake Wallet

Also, not needed for anonymity, but just a useful quality-of-life thing, I use Cake Wallet for carrying a small amount of crypto in a mobile wallet, and Cake has built-in integrations for swapping coins with ChangeNow.
