Emails don't matter. Since NOBODY signs emails even though we've had that tech for 20+ years, you can make up "receipts" to say what-ever you want, and it won't matter. What matters is in the record they provided. If you show a receipt with an order number that's not in their system, be sure they'll refuse it. In other words, check amazon.com or audible.com and it will have all your orders. Amazon is a bit easier to search than audible, but both will show you when you purchased a book.
