Very nice local demo. How about running part 3 on a cloud instance? Perhaps AWS ECS would be an easy port? How about showing some error conditions too? Maybe compare/contrast/integrate with AWS X-Ray. It wouldn't be too difficult to do. Otherwise great piece.
