How to tell which categories at a site offer what percent cash back?

After some trial and error I was able to answer my own question. it's not super easy to get to, but if you go to rakuten.com and search for the site you want to see, e.g. Search for "Nike". usually the first store in the results is the one you want, and for Nike if you right click and copy the link you get:.

If you get rid of everything after nike.com you get https://www.rakuten.com/nike.com which takes you to the Nike store page where you can see the terms. what's excluded, any deals, any coupon codes you can use, etc.
