which development platform to choose?

My main doubt is about the back-end. We will need diffent features on the app like the split on the purchase, login with facebook/google, notifications and more and we have ideas for scale the business if goes well and new features will be added to it. On my search I found bubble.io that has a large comunity and lots of differents plugins available, but if a want to make an android and Ios app I would need another plataform to wrap my web app created with bubble, is that right? And the app created on bubble can't be exported, so you'll need to use their host service and the pricing is not cheap plus we would have to consider the pricing to pay for another plataform to transform the web app into a native app.

You can purchase a wrapper, yes, or you can implement Jasonette/Jasonelle. (apparently, from what I've read) this is what BDK uses, it's just not as easy to set up from the start.
