t-mobile website loads with Ethernet but not with wifi only on certain computer?

Whenever I go to t-mobile.com and login the webpage rarely ever fully works. Refreshing a number of times will occasionally get me further into the login process but ultimately things still fail to some extent.

Separately scrolling through reddit.com would intermittently result in the ENTIRE screen flickering. Not just the web page or the chrome application - everything including the task bar. I ran DISM and SFC and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Output below:.
