2) imho a simpler and more universal solution is using parsec. The client is also available in discover. It streams your entire windows desktop, not just games, so it should work with any game. I've had good results with it.

1) if you have a nvidia GPU, you can try streaming via Geforce Experience. You need to install moonlight on the steam deck, it's available as a flatpak in discover. There are probably tricks needed to add xbox game pass games in geforce experience.
