Anyone got thoughts about riseup.net as a primary email provider instead of protonmail? Protonmail is considered to be very trusted, but how's riseup and their privacy and security? Would it be a bad idea to use riseup as the main account? my main goal is privacy and security. I hate dataharvesting

  2. Create unlimited aliases for free. Protect your email from spam using disposable addresses. Encrypt forwarded emails with PGP encryption using this service.
As for aliases, I use the service Anonaddy (here's another blog post about why and how). They have a free tier, and you can use them to create unlimited aliases with your own personal subdomain. You do have to put your trust in another service, but I find the benefits far outweigh the cons. Even without Anonaddy, Protonmail provides limited support for aliases.
