Personally I think the easiest off ramp is just to convert, to sICX, unstake (swap for 1% fee or unstake which will take max 7 days with no fee), and then withdraw that ICX to a CEX such as Binance etc. I personally use crypto.com. You can sell ICX directly into fiat there.
