Nice, do you use lateshipment.com mainly for the issue I posted about. I see they have slightly better fees at only taking the 35% compared to refundretriever.com which takes 45% for our tier. After seeing the percentages my Manager is hoping we can find a way to do in-house but I am guessing there is a reason these tools charge this large of a fee...
