pc freezes 2-3 seconds

HWiNFO

When you run hwinfo, you get an iniitial popup asking either sensors only or summary only. Choose sensors only. I think you may have chosen summary only (also make sure you are downloading it from hwinfo.com and not an advertised site). In sensors only mode it shows real-time temps among other readings. You'll see a section under CPU[#0] that tells you all of the core temps and package temp as well as all core thermal throttling status (yes/no). If temps are already high (circa 70/80 degrees) and/or thermal throttling status is yes then you have a problem. If you don't meet the above criteria use OCCT or CPUZ to stress/bench test with HWINFO already open and see if temps get high or thermal throttling occurs under load. If you meet the above criteria under load, cpu temp is the problem. If temps are OK under load go on and stress the GPU using Furmark (from geeks3d.com) and check its temps. If GPU temps OK go on with the other things I have mentioned.
