The picture doesn't fit well in the space so the dog's face is cut off. It's also not a professional picture generally. Check out unsplash.com for free use, high resolution photos that you can use for your header and pick something that doesn't have a subject that can get cut off (so a picture of a forest or an ocean could work, but a picture of a dog like this risks having the face cut off).

Squarespace is the easiest way for anyone to create an exceptional website. Pages, galleries, blogs, e-commerce, domains, hosting, analytics, 24/7 support - all included.
I know that not all graphic designers work with websites. If you're not comfortable making your own site, then use premade templates from squarespace.com or Adobe Portfolio. A poorly made site will chase away customers who see it as a reflection of your design skills.
